What markets and timeframes does JFX indicators work on?

JFX works on any market including stocks, indices, forex, futures and commodities on all timeframes. You can utilize our tools for scalping, swing trading, or even trading options as well.

There is no "best timeframe" as it really all depends on the current market conditions, your trading style, and other factors.

What's the accuracy of the signals ?

The accuracy of trading signals can vary depending on various factors such as the time frame & the market conditions. The indicators can be customized according to the trader's style. With such customization there can't be any specific win rate.

Traders should use trading signals as a tool in their overall trading strategy and not rely solely on them for making trading decisions.

It is important to conduct thorough analysis before making any trades, and to always manage risk approximately to minimize potential losses.

Does it repaint?

Our signals do NOT repaint & they do appear in real-time.

When is a signal confirmed ?

A signal is confirmed only once the candle is closed.

When a signal is identified trader's wait for the current candle to close and confirm before entering a trade . This helps to ensure that the signal is not a temporary or false indication of market direction.

If you're adding alerts for JFX INDICATORS signals in TradingView make sure to select "ONCE PER BAR CLOSE".

Do I need to upgrade TradingView to use it ?

You don't need to upgrade TradingView , the whole JFX SUITE works with 100% functionality on the basic plan of Tradingview(free) except the bots.

If you want to automate the bots you need to have at least TradingView Pro plan.

Is it beginner friendly?

You don't need much experience to understand the features provided by JFX and we made it so it becomes very simple and effective to use.

However, trading can be difficult and takes time to learn regardless of the indicators on your charts. If you're new to trading / technical analysis in general, we recommend paper-trading at first and studying risk management until you get familiar with how it all works to build some confidence in trading.

There is no magical indicator, algorithm, robot, EA, or signal provider that will enable you to effortlessly make money in the markets.

Will it trade automatically ?

Yes , our bots can be traded automatically through PineConnector. Pineconnector is a tool that allows users to connect their trading bots that allows users to connect their trading bots to the Tradingview platform, enabling them to automatically execute trades on metatrader based on their trading strategies.

Our bots are specifically designed to work with Pinescript . By using Pineconnector , our bots can access real time data , analyze it and execute trades in a fully automated manner. This means that traders can set up their bots to trade based on their preferred parameters and then let the bots do the work for them.

Can I use JFX SUITE on MetaTrader (MT4 or MT5)?

JFX indicator is currently available only on TradingView .

However, the good news is that the JFX indicator will soon be available on MetaTrader as well, providing traders with another popular trading platform to access this valuable tool. This means that MetaTrader users will be able to benefit from the JFX indicator's features and functionalities, such as its ability to detect trend changes, identify support and resistance levels, and generate trading signals.

Can I see everything in real-time data?

Yes, TradingView provides real-time data for a wide range of financial markets and instruments, including stocks, forex, futures, cryptocurrencies, and more .This means that users can see the latest prices, quotes, and trading activity in real-time, as it happens.

However, Only a small portion of them (mostly futures contracts) require a small monthly fee to access real-time data.

Why am I getting "Study_not_auth" error?

If you are receiving a "Study_not_auth" error on TradingView, it means the user does not have access to the indicator. If you've already registered your TradingView username and have got access from our side and you're seeing this message, refresh your browser or app and make sure you're logged in on the TradingView profile you entered. If that still doesn't work, email support@jfxindicators.com your TradingView username & you'll be granted access within 4-8 hours.

How do I cancel ?

If you need to cancel your subscription you can easily do so by accessing your account settings and clicking on "manage subscription" on our website. From there, you should be able to see your current subscription and payment details, as well as an option to cancel your subscription. Simply follow the on-screen instructions and confirm your cancellation to stop your recurring payments and end your subscription. If you're facing any problems, you can simply reach out to support@jfxindicators.com and we will assist you within 4-8 hours.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

To reactivate your subscription login on our website go to the "manage subscription" section. From there, you should be able to see your previous subscription and payment details, as well as an option to reactivate your subscription. Simply click on the "reactivate" button and follow the on-screen instructions to renew your subscription and regain access back to JFX INDICATORS on TradingView & Discord.

If you do not receive access back on either platform within 4 hours, email support@jfxindicators.com with your username(s) and our team will ensure you are setup within just 4-8 hours.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription you can log in to your account on our website and go to the "manage accounts" section. From there, you should be able to see your current subscription and payment details, as well as an option to edit/upgrade your subscription. Simply click on the "upgrade" button and follow the on-screen instructions to select the new plan you want to upgrade to and confirm your payment details.

Is there a free trial?

After purchasing a subscription on our website access to premium features and tools is usually granted within few minutes. You can find complete JFX SUITE on your TradingView account under "Invite-Only Scripts" after you refresh your browser/app. However, in some cases it can take upto 4-8 hours.

Can I switch access to a different TradingView account?

Yes you can, please send the new username alongside your old username to support@jfxindicators.com and our support team will adjust this for you manually within 4-8hours.

How are prorated charges calculated?

Prorated charges are calculated based on the remaining time left in your current billing cycle. If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan in the middle of a billing cycle, we will adjust your account and charge you a prorated amount for the remaining time in the current cycle based on the new subscription plan's price.

For example, if you upgrade your plan halfway through the month and the new plan costs twice as much as your current plan, we will charge you a prorated amount for the remaining half of the month based on the new plan's price. This ensures that you only pay for the services you use and allows you to upgrade or downgrade your plan without having to wait for the next billing cycle to make changes.
